Italian Tortellini Kebobs
- skewer, and serve cold. can also be grilled for 1 -2 minutes each side
- 24 uncooked cheese filled tortellini
- 12 cup prepared Italian salad dressing (Wildtree)
- 12 small cherry tomatoes
- 12 small mushrooms
- 12 bamboo skewers or 12 rosemary sprigs
- Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain.
- Cool 15 minutes.
- Place dressing in shallow dish.
- Stir in tortellini and remaining ingredients.
- Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
- Skewer and serve cold.
- Can also be grilled for 1 -2 minutes each side.
