Real Fajita
- 500 grams boneless chicken breast
- 50 grams green pepper chopped thin
- 50 grams red pepper chopped thin
- 50 grams yellow pepper chopped thin
- 2 onions, chopped thin
- 1 cup white mushroom
- 70 grams mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- dash salt and oregano
- 1 put all ingredients in a mixer
- Mix spices .
- And little v-oil Rub chicken, cover it and put it in a fridge.
