Spicy Cheese Roll
- 2 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread
- 2 tsp. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread, divided
- 3 oz. KRAFT Chipotle Cheese, cut into 12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices
- 12 short red bell pepper strips
- Brush both sides of each bread slice with butter.
- Place in hot skillet on medium heat.
- Cook 1 min.
- on each side or until slightly golden.
- Remove from heat.
- Trim crusts with serrated knife; discard crusts.
- Cut each toast slice into 6 (1x1-1/2-inch) rectangles.
- Top each piece evenly with 1/2 tsp.
- cream cheese spread and 1 chipotle cheese slice.
- Garnish with pepper strips secured with remaining cream cheese.
