Zesty Shrimp Pilaf

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, prepare rice as label directs.
  2. Meanwhile, from limes, grate 2 teaspoons peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.
  3. In nonstick 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot.
  4. Add onion and pepper and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until asparagus it tender-crisp and shrimp turn opaque.
  6. Add rice, lime peel and juice, and fish sauce; stir to combine.
