- sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 granny smith apple
- 2-3 eggs
- cut apple in half and make semi-thin slices-throw into a warm, lightly buttered pan.
- Sprinkle on some cinnamon if you like.
- Once apples are slightly browned, toss in your eggs-flip-and then toss in desired amount of shredded/sliced cheddar cheese.
