Mexican Bean Medley

  1. Heat oil in a large saute pan.
  2. Sweat onions and peppers until nearly tender.
  3. Add garlic and beans.
  4. Season with dried spices.
  5. Toss.
  6. Sweat until fragrant.
  7. Add scallions, cilantro, and lime juice.
  8. Toss.
