Tuna Or Chicken Swiss Pie Recipe
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell or possibly 1 frzn 9 inch pastry shell thawed
- 12 1/2 or possibly 13 ounce. can tuna or possibly chicken liquid removed and flaked
- 1 c. Swiss cheese (4 ounce. shredded)
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.
- Bake in 375 degree oven 10 min.
- Remove.
- In a large bowl, toss together next three ingredients; spoon into shell.
- In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
- Slowly pour over mix in shell.
- Bake 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serves 8.
