Chicken Rolls With Sweet Sour Sauce Recipe

  1. Thinly slice chicken into rectangle slices.
  2. Marinate for 30 min.
  3. Wrap ham, Chinese sausage, green onion inside chicken slices.
  4. Use toothpicks to hold together.
  5. Heat oil in wok.
  6. Deep fry chicken rolls till golden, approximately 2 min.
  7. To serve, arrange on plate and pour over sauce.
