BBQ Chopped Chicken Couscous Salad
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Couscous
- 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 13 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Chicken, Cooked & Chopped (I Used A Left Over Grilled Chicken Breast)
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce Of Choice
- In a saucepan on medium-high heat, bring water to a boil.
- Add your dry couscous and immediately remove pan from flame.
- Allow couscous to absorb water for 10-15 minutes or until you can fluff it without any water remaining.
- While couscous is cooking, heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat and cook onions for 4-5 minutes or until translucent.
- Combined cooked couscous, onions, chopped chicken and top it all with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy!
