Raisin Bread Pudding

  1. Butter toast and cut into cubes.
  2. Alternate layers of bread and raisins in a greased baking dish 9 x 9.
  3. Mix salt,sugar,eggs,milk and water in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour over layers and let stand about 20 minutes.
  5. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over top of pudding.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 325F for 25 - 30 minutes or until firm.
