BBQ Chicken Dip
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Powdered Dressing Mix
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream (optional)
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken (or Other Leftover Cooked Chicken)
- 12 ounces, fluid Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet And Spicy BBQ Sauce
- 12 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Tostito's Scoops, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
- With your electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream (optional) until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in an oven safe dish.
- Pull apart the rotisserie chicken and shred chicken over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Squirt desired amount of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce on top of shredded chicken.
- Note: I use almost the entire bottle.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of BBQ sauce.
- Put the dish in the oven for about 20 25 minutes.
- Then broil for 5 minutes after done cooking.
- Serve with Tostitos Scoops!
