Sweet Corn Chicken Soup
- 14 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, minced
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- salt
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style sweet corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 12 cup cornstarch
- 12 cup water
- 1 teaspoon msg
- Boil broth 2 minutes.
- Add salt, sherry, cream corn and msg.
- Add cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water to broth, stirring continuously until broth thickens.
- Add chicken; boil 2 minutes more.
- Serve hot.
