Poached Fish Low Cholesterol Recipe

  1. In a large shallow pan, saute/fry the onion and celery in oil till tender.
  2. Place skinned fillets on top of vegetables, or possibly roll each fillet, secure with a toothpick and place on vegetables.
  3. Add in water and seasonings.
  4. Cover and simmer about 8 min or possibly till fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  5. Remove and serve with Lemon Parsley Sauce or possibly Horseradish Sauce.
