Warm Black Bean Nachos
- 3 cups PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, cubed
- 3 cups chunky salsa
- 3 cups canned black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- - tortilla chips
- Place cream cheese and salsa in top of large double boiler; cook over boiling water until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Add beans, onions and cilantro; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
- of the bean sauce over each 1-oz.
- serving of chips just before serving.
