Warm Black Bean Nachos

  1. Place cream cheese and salsa in top of large double boiler; cook over boiling water until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  2. Add beans, onions and cilantro; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Spoon 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
  4. of the bean sauce over each 1-oz.
  5. serving of chips just before serving.
