Jalapeno Bean Dip - Your Way --
- 2 cups refried pinto beans
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning mix
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup jalapeno-monterey monterey jack cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the 15 ounce can of refried beans, half of the taco seasoning, green onions, jalapeno peppers and cream cheese.
- Pour into a greased 9x9" baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the shredded jalapeno=monterey jack cheese.
- Bake 350 degrees, 30 minuites, until hot and bubbling.
- Serves 4-6 as a sidedish or 10 as an appetizeer.
