Easy Spinach Quiche Recipe

• 1 pkg. Stouffer's Spinach Souffle, thawed
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 teaspoon minced onion
• 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
• 1 c. ham, cubed or possibly Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
• 1 c. grated Swiss or possibly Mozzarella cheese
• 1 frzn pie shell, thawed or possibly make your own

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into pie shell.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min.
