Z's Creamy Cucumber Salad

• 1 -2 cucumber, peeled if you wish
• 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
• 13 cup sour cream
• 13 cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons dill
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 12 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon black pepper
• 14 teaspoon celery seed, crushed

1. Halve the cucumber and slice thinly.
2. Put the cucumbers and tomatoes in a large bowl and set aside.
3. In a small bowl whisk sour cream, mayo, dill, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and celery seeds.
4. Pour over cucumbers and tomatoes.
5. Stir gently to coat.
