Manhattan Meatballs

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F Mix meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Brown in margarine in large skillet; drain.
  4. Place in 2-quart casserole.
  5. MIX preserves and barbecue sauce.
  6. Pour over meatballs; mix lightly to coat.
  7. BAKE 30 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
