Spicy Tuna Salad
- 1 (5-ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise (no more than 2 g of fat per tablespoon; I used Best Foods/Hellmanns)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce, or more to taste
- In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and chili garlic sauce until well combined.
- Season with additional chili garlic sauce, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
