  1. This dip will give any food a much richer taste, and add in spiciness.
  2. Heat a small pan with the oil and deep-fry the dry peppers, shallots and garlic till dark brown.
  3. Place the fried ingredients with all the others in a blender, and process till a smooth mix forms.
  4. Pour the entire mix into a medium skillet and fry on medium heat for 5 min.
  5. Remove, cold, and place in a jar with a tight fitting lid and use as needed.
  6. It will keep indefinitely.
