Low-Fat Double Chocolate Banana Bread
- 12 cup margarine
- 12 cup applesauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup low calorie sweetener
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups flour
- 12 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 mashed bananas
- 12 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 12 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1.
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.

- Add eggs and mix well.

- Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4.
- Add bananas and sour cream and mix well.
- 5.
- Add chocolate chips.
- 6.
- Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
- 7.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
