French Toast for vegans!!!!!

  1. Heat a skillet
  2. Whisk together the soy milk, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Dip the bread in the batter, turning it to coat both sides, then cook till golden brown in non-stick skillet.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit, fruit preserves, or maple syrup.
