Green Slaw

  1. To make dressing: In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ingredients for slaw.
  4. Gently fold in the dressing.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Gently toss before serving.
