Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Experiment with yougurt-berry combinations.
  3. I use mixed berries, blueberries, or rasberries regularly.
  4. I also mix up the yougurt flavors to keep from getting boring.
  5. This is also great with the following substitutions.
  6. * 1/2 teaspoon almond extract for the vanilla.
  7. * 8 ounces frozen peaches for the berries.
  8. approximate Diabetic exchanges:.
  9. 2 dairy.
  10. 2 fruit.
  11. 1 fat.
  12. 1 carbohydrate.
