Duck Soup Recipe

  1. Place meat in kettle, cover with water.
  2. Bring to boil, skim soup, till clear.
  3. Add in prunes and raisins.
  4. Cook till meat is tender.
  5. Mix flour with a small amount of water and force it through a strainer.
  6. Add in blood, vinegar, lowfat sour cream and sugar.
  7. Beat well.
  8. Stir into boiling soup, mixing thoroughly.
  9. Cook soup over low fire till thick.
  10. Taste and adjust seasonings.
