Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Spread
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained
- 12 cup 2% cheddar cheese, shredded, Kraft 2%
- 12 cup red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- low-fat Ritz crackers, as many as needed
- Reserve 2 tablespoons onions.
- Mix remaining onions with all ingredients except crackers; cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with reserved onions.
- Serve with crackers.
