Frank Dinner

  1. Parboil potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes.
  2. In large skillet, put the broth, bay leaf and parboiled vegetables.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the cabbage in the skillet, cover and cook another 5 min.
  5. Season vegetables with salt and pepper.
  6. Add frankfurters (hot dogs) and simmer 5 minutes or longer until vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve from skillet, spooning broth over vegetables.
