Sweet Balsamic Mayo chicken sandwich

  1. Sauce: 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbs balsamic vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
  2. Mix together and set aside.
  3. Heat EVOO I'n a nonstick skillet on medium, uncovered.
  4. Add chicken and onions, sprinkle the seasoning over well.
  5. Wait till one side of chicken is done and golden brown than turn, sturing the onions as well.
  6. Continue sturing the onions until they become transparent and chicken is completley done on both sides.
  7. Top each chicken with a slice of Muenster cheese put the lid on and take off the heat.
  8. Toast the bread to med/light.
  9. Spread the sauce nicely on the bottom bread top with chicken and onions, lettuce, and tomato.
  10. Spread sauce lightly on top bread.
  11. Cut in half and enjoy!
