New American Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients except buns until well blended.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  3. Spoon fish mixture into skillet, using 1/4 cup for each patty; flatten with back of spatula.
  4. Cook 6 to 7 min.
  5. or until burgers are golden brown on both sides, turning carefully after 3 min.
  6. Fill buns with burgers.
