New American Burgers
- 1 lb. boneless skinless salmon fillets, finely chopped
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 4 hamburger buns
- Mix all ingredients except buns until well blended.
- Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Spoon fish mixture into skillet, using 1/4 cup for each patty; flatten with back of spatula.
- Cook 6 to 7 min.
- or until burgers are golden brown on both sides, turning carefully after 3 min.
- Fill buns with burgers.
