Stuffed Flounder Rolls(Microwave)

  1. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons butter into a medium-size dish.
  3. Microwave 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in onion and garlic.
  5. Microwave on High 30 seconds.
  6. Add spinach and microwave, covered with wax paper, for 5 minutes or until defrosted.
  7. Stir in bread crumbs, tarragon, thyme, salt and pepper.
  8. Spread even amounts of mixture on each fillet.
  9. Fold the thin half over the spinach.
  10. Arrange the fish in greased baking dish.
  11. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in microwave and add the wine and lemon juice.
  12. Pour on top of fish.
  13. Microwave for 10 minutes until fish flakes.
