Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

  1. In mixing bowl stir together dry ingredients.
  2. Combine egg, lowfat milk and oil.
  3. Add in to flour mix all at once.
  4. Stir till blended.
  5. Pour about 1/4 c. batter for each pancake onto a warm, lightly greased griddle or possibly skillet.
  6. Cook over medium heat till golden, turning when top has a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges.
  7. Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
  8. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
