Simple Smoked Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat smoker to 250
  2. Wash wings and pat dry.
  3. Pin the wing tip behind the drum of the wing to form a triangle.
  4. This will help with grill space.
  5. Mix the spices together in a bowl and place in a shaker.
  6. Use shaker to sprinkle spice mixture until wings are evenly coated.
  7. Smoke wings in wood of choice for 1 hour.
  8. After first hour flip the wings and smoke for another hour.
  9. After 2nd hour.
  10. Flip wings and sauce if desired.
  11. Continue smoking for approximately another 30 minutes until wings reach a temperature of 170.
  12. Remove wings and allow them to seat under foil for 5-10 mins.
