Chicken quesdilla

  1. Mix chicken tomatoes beans and seasoning together in large bowl
  2. On a warm griddle place tortilla shells on griddle and place about 1/4 cup (or more depending on size of tortilla) and top w cheese.
  3. Fold over
  4. Flip one side down is golden.
  5. The quesdilla is done when both sides are golden and the cheese is melted
  6. Serve with side of sour cream
