Chicken quesdilla
- 2 can chicken
- 1 can tomatoes w green chili
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 sour cream
- 1 tortilla shells
- 1 can black beans
- Mix chicken tomatoes beans and seasoning together in large bowl
- On a warm griddle place tortilla shells on griddle and place about 1/4 cup (or more depending on size of tortilla) and top w cheese.
- Fold over
- Flip one side down is golden.
- The quesdilla is done when both sides are golden and the cheese is melted
- Serve with side of sour cream
