Basic Fried Fish Recipe
- 4 (16 ounce.) fillets
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Heat fat.
- Beat egg slightly and add in lowfat milk.
- Dip fish in mix, set on towels.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper.
- Shake fish individually in a paper bag containing flour.
- Fry in fat till brown.
