Passion Fruit Butter Sauce

  1. Halve the passion fruits, and then scoop out the pulp and seeds.
  2. Discard the skin and place the pulp and seeds in a saucepan.
  3. Add the water, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat, add the butter, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture through a strainer and discard the solids.
  6. Put the remaining liquid in a tightly sealed jar.
  7. Store refrigerated in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days.
  8. Stove
