Apple Nut Cake

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups self rising flour
• 4 tablespoons cinnamon
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons vanilla
• 3 large apples, peeled and diced
• 1 cup chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
3. Combine all ingredients in order listed,mix together.
4. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
5. Cool and remove from the pan.
