Honey-Soy Pork Chops

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup into a large resealable plastic bag;add pork chops.
  3. Seal bag and turn to coat;refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
  5. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. before starting the grill.
  7. Drain and discard marinade.
  8. Grill pork, covered,over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160, basting frequently with remaining marinade.
