The Best Slowcooker Beef Stew
- 3 pounds Stew Beef
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 10 whole Mini Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 whole Sweet Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 14- 1/2 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
- 1 bag Shredded Carrots (6 Ounce Bag)
- 2 packages Liptons Onion Soup Mix (2 Ounce Boxes)
- 1 package McCormicks Beef Stew Seasoning (1.5 Ounce Packet)
- 1 bag Frozen Corn (12 Ounce Bag)
- 1 bag Frozen Peas (12 Ounce Bag)
- Put meat in stoneware.
- Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat and sirt to coat.
- Wash and dice potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients (except peas and corn) to slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours.
- With about 30 minutes remaining, add bags of corn and peas.
- Cook for 30 more minutes to heat up the frozen items.
- Stir thoroughly before serving.
