Squash Picadillo made with BOCA
- 3 qt. Acorn squash, peeled, chopped
- 3 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 cups raisins
- 3 cups Pimento-stuffed pimento-stuffed green olives, coarsely chopped
- 4-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- Mix all ingredients in large saucepot; cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
