Cabbage with black fungus

  1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat.
  2. Stir fry both cabbage and black fungus for 1 minute.
  3. Add light soya sauce and white pepper powder.
  4. Stir fry evenly for 1 minute.
  5. Ready to serve with rice or porridge.
