Greek Chicken Wrap
- 1 package fully cooked carved chicken breast
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 package crumbled feta cheese
- 12 pitted kalamata olives
- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. purchased refrigerated ranch dip
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach
- 1 bag carrot sticks
- 1 cucumber
- Put chicken, roasted peppers, cheese and olives in a medium bowl.
- Stir to mix
- Spread 1 side of each tortilla with 2 Tbsp ranch dip.
- Top each tortilla to 1 in.
- from edge with 14 of the spinach, then top with the chicken mixture
- Starting at edge nearest you, tightly roll up tortillas.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally.
- Serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
