Wicklewoods Broccoli and Bacon Crust Less Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. In a pan of salted boiling water blanch the broccoli for 5 mins, drain and set aside.
  3. Fry the bacon and onions together in a skillet until the onions are soft (approx.
  4. 5 mins).
  5. Remove and add to the broccoli.
  6. In a large bowl beat the eggs, cream cheese and seasoning together.
  7. Add the broccoli, bacon and onion, mix well.
  8. Spoon into a well-greased 9 baking tin.
  9. Bake for 35 mins or until just set in the centre when tested with a toothpick.
