Tilapia Scampi
- 1 pound Tilapia Fillets
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Cut tilapia into 2x 2 inch cubes.
- Put butter in a skillet with lemon juice and allow butter to melt.
- Add chopped garlic and saute for about 2 minutes.
- Add cut up fish fillets and cook on medium heat, turning frequently until flaky.
- The butter and lemon will coat the fish and slightly brown it.
- To serve spoon melted butter over each portion as you plate it.
