Roasted Masala-Spiced Pork with Root Vegetables

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Toss vegetables with Catalina Dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Meanwhile, brush meat with Miracle Whip.
  7. Mix dry seasonings; rub evenly onto meat.
  8. Stir vegetables; spoon to one side of baking sheet.
  9. Add meat to baking sheet.
  10. Bake meat and vegetables, uncovered, 15 to 20 min.
  11. or until meat is done (160 degrees F) and vegetables are caramelized.
  12. Transfer meat to carving board; let stand 5 min.
  13. Meanwhile, toss vegetables with honey.
  14. Slice meat.
  15. Serve with vegetables.
