Sausage and Cheese Souffle - Healthy, South Beach Diet, Low-Carb

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Coat in 2-qt baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and egg whites until frothy.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
