Super Delicious Granola
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Walnuts Or Pecans
- 3/4 cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 6 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Craisins
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Combine oats, sugar, nuts, and coconut in a large bowl.
- Combine oil, salt, and honey in a second bowl.
- Mix oil mixture into oats to evenly coat.
- Place mixture on 2 sheet pans.
- Make sure to spread out mixture evenly.
- Bake for an hour and 15 minutes, occasionally stirring to achieve even color.
- After baking, place granola in a bowl and mix in the Craisins.
- Make sure to store granola in an airtight container.
