Pot Roast Recipe
- 3-4 pound boneless rump roast
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 can water
- Oven roasting bag
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 c. cool water
- Place roast in oven roasting bag, place in roasting pan.
- Mix cranberry sauce, 1/2 can water and onion soup mix, pour over roast.
- Secure bag, poke holes in top of bag and bake roast at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
- Remove roast from bag, drain sauce into roasting pan.
- Over medium on top of stove heat sauce till it boils and thicken with cornstarch and water mix.
- Serve roast with sauce and noodles.
