White Velvet Mousse
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/3 cup GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Vanilla Creme
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O White Chocolate or Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Add hot water to vanilla beverage mix in medium bowl; mix well.
- Add milk and dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon evenly into 8 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Top with raspberries just before serving.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
