BOP Energy Bites
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 12 cup ground cocoa nibs
- 12 cup ground flax seed
- 12 cup unsweetened coconut
- 12 cup almond butter
- 12 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are well distributed and combined.
- You can lessen or increase the agave nectar to your liking.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1" balls.
- Place in air-tight container with wax paper or parchment in between layers.
- Keep refrigerated.
