Java Mini Cakes

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
• Chilled, freshly brewed double strength MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety Rite Aid $5.99 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup chilled, freshly brewed double strength MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety Rite Aid $5.99 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup cold milk
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
• 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, substituting coffee for water.
2. Spoon into paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 1/2 full.
3. Bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
4. Cool.
5. Frost with Java Pudding Frosting, if desired.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
7. Decorate as desired.
8. Java Pudding Frosting: Pour coffee and milk into medium bowl.
9. Add pudding mix.
10. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
11. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
12. Spread on mini cakes.
